Requirement :
Min. Bachelor Degree
Experienced as ASPM min. 4 years and/or 7 years in Sales Area, preferably from FMCG
Understand territory management and used to work with distributor
Good communication skill, negotiation, analytical skill, presentation skill
Computer literate
Job Description :
To lead, control and ensure sales-in and sales-out of respective region by working together with distributor
To ensure smooth implementation of all activities, such as promos, branding, etc.
To control and optimize A&P budget
Analyze sales data
To recommend and conduct training for team sales
To ensure a condusive and passionate working environment
